Translation is not just a matter of swapping one word for another. It is also a production process, each part of which must be carefully managed in order to ensure prompt, high-quality translations.
At the start of each job, our project managers confirm customer needs, schedule work and organize various resources (translators, editors, desktop publishing personnel and engineers). As the work progresses, they set quality standards, assess potential risks, and ensure that work milestones are achieved. At the conclusion of the assignment, they provide the project to the client for acceptance, close the case and conduct reviews.
The management of each step in the production process ensures that we meet client schedules and quality expectations.
